Dr. Stephen Gordon - Steve Gordon is a veteran of 45 years in the public procurement arena. A pioneer in outcome-based contracting at the local government level, Steve stood up and managed the Graduate Certificate in Public Procurement and Contract Management at Old Dominion University, the first program of its type in North America to be accredited by the Global Standards Board.
Dr. Nathan MyersAssociate Professor in the Department of Political Science and Director of the Master of Public Administration at Indiana State University.  Myers serves as an academic advisor to the Continuity of Supply Initiative.
Dr. Ana-Maria Dimond - Extensive practitioner experience in government contracting. Graduate Certificate in Public Finance, Procurement, and Contract Management from Florida International University. Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) from the Romanian-American University. Research focuses on public management, government contracting, environmental policy, sustainability, collaborative governance. Scholarship has been published in several journals public administration and public procurement journals. Chair of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA)’s Section on Procurement and Contract Management (SPCM).
 
Dr. Sawsan Abutabenjeh - Current research focuses on a variety of aspects related to public procurement, including state preference policies, fraud, the value of certification, and cooperative purchasing programs in the United States. Other research areas include supply chain management, economic forecasting and policy analysis, local public finance, gender in public administration, and complex system governance. Research has appeared in several journals including Public Works Management & Policy, Journal of Public Procurement, and International Journal of System of Systems Engineering. Treasurer of ASPA Section on Procurement and Contract Management (SPCM).
